Breakdown of Hydrogen Peroxide by Manganese Dioxide

Manganese dioxide catalyses the breakdown of Hydrogen Peroxide to water and oxygen. The video demonstrates the catalysis and also the regeneration of the catalyst which is filtered from the solution and added to a further beaker of Hydrogen Peroxide to continue to catalyse the reaction.
